Lisa Bohlken, Realtor®
Lisa is the designated Realtor of San Diego Homes Real Estate. Raised in a family who ran successful businesses, marketing, sales, and thinking outside of the box were all values instilled in her at a young age. Her negotiating and sales savvy and other talents brought her to rank in the top 5% of realtors in San Diego. She will put those skills and ‘formula’ to work for you. No wonder people who bounce around with other realtors finally land their dream home deal once they work with Lisa and her team.
Maria Carter
Project Manager / Marketing Specialist
Most of her life and career, Maria has been drawn to real estate. Grounded with a California real estate license and background in investing and working with a real estate ‘guru,’ she also obtained certification as a Feng Shui consultant to optimize factors for home living, buying and selling. When she was introduced to the world of real estate donations, she became so intrigued, she wanted learned more. She saw this very specific type of real estate transaction, although not widely known, as a huge win-win for the donor, charity/non-profit, and the people who benefit from them. Her family could have saved $90,000 if they would have been aware of this option. So that others don’t take a hit like that, she had educated herself on this, assembled the right team, and is proud to be able to offer this as a viable option.

As a Family Wealth Counselor, her aim is to increase the success and well-being of families. She is a Partner of Rowe Mullen, LLP, based out of La Jolla, California. For more than 16 years, she has specialized in international taxation, taxation, international & domestic estate planning, trusts, wills and contracts. She is one of the few women in San Diego to be certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization as a Taxation Law Specialist since 2002. She is a member of the State Bar of California; San Diego County Bar Association, University of San Diego Planned Giving Professional Partners Council and Scripps Planned Giving Counsel. Her background as a senior executive in financial services also provided her with a unique understanding of the financial demands inherent with housing and aging. Her years of experience and dedication help families save on an extraordinary amount of time-consuming effort and undue stress. When people seek her services, they keep financial goals in mind, and often times need to make some real estate decisions too.
